We know life happens, and we strive to accommodate schedule changes for our clients. As a small business, we appreciate your cooperation in regards to the Cancellation Policy detailed below. Of course, we know emergencies can happen and will work with you to reschedule your booked services or issue a refund on a case-by-case basis.

Dog Walks may be cancelled 4 days in advance for a full refund. Cancellations 2-3 days in advance will be charged 50% of their quoted price. Unfortunately, there are no refunds for walks cancelled the day before or day of. Drop-In Visits can be cancelled 4 days in advance for a full refund. 2-3 days notice of cancellation is require for a 50% refund. Visits cancelled 1 day before, of the day of, will be charged in full. Overnight Care requires 7 days notice for a full refund. Cancellation notices given less than 7 days in advance will be refunded at 50% of the quoted price.

No Shows
In the event the sitter arrives and the pet(s) booked for services are not at the residence due to not communicating a cancellation, the booked service will be charged in full.
